D.D.P.--All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.P." (Delivered Duties Paid), AGRIMONY can be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs that may apply to international orders. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.
Cancellation--Once our order has been placed, you may cancel within 24 hours before work has begun on the production of your order. We do not offer cancellation once work has begun on your order. If you are canceling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.
Processing Time--Normally, In-Stock items will be ready within 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your order has been placed, a notification e-mail will be sent to inform you of the estimated delivery time of your order. If you have any questions about the delivery time or you want to rush your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
Shipping Time-- We‘ll ship the item in 3 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control. The international delivery usually may take 5 to 30 post days via different shipping options (please check the following information for more details about the available shipping methods). When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of the order online.
AGRIMONY supplies you with a range of shipping methods to choose from, they are FREE SHIPPING, STANDARD SHIPPING, and EXPRESS SHIPPING. You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following information will show you some useful information to select the shipping method.
STANDARD SHIPPING Delivery times are between 10-20 post days to all major destinations. For the Middle East area, Africa, Southeast Asia, and some small countries, STANDARD SHIPPING is the best shipping method for you to choose, whose shipping time and shipping cost are the most competitive(STANDARD SHIPPING does not accept Military addresses).
EXPRESS SHIPPING Delivery times are between 7-15 post days to all major destinations. If you want to ship your order to America, Canada, South America, and the United Kingdom, then EXPRESS SHIPPING is the fastest and cheapest express method for you to choose from(EXPRESS SHIPPING does not accept Military addresses).
ATTENTION: Military addresses can not be accepted by mail post.
Your selected product orders are all free shipping targeted. We will select one shipping method for you by AGRIMONY.
All our orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, so the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing time is calculated from the time your order is verified. Processing time might be put off due to the delay in order verification, holidays, or shortage of stock. Chinese holiday reminder: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), and Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Delivery time will be affected during the holidays and the delay is often about 5-6 days and sometimes even longer. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Freight may differ according to the product weight and country to delivery, as well as the shipping method you choose. Add items to the cart to estimate the delivery fee on the cart page.
Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout. Please notes that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to be fully processed, we will be in touch by email.
1. Within 2-4 business days after the order is successfully dispatched, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
2. The P.O.Boxes and military address(APO, FPO) in the US can not be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
3. Customers from Russia please leave a message to illustrate the name and the specific address of your company because the private address in Russia can not be delivered.
4. Due to the limitations of some countries, we are not able to ship your products in Express Shipping. We will contact you through email and you could either change the delivery method or cancel the order.
